My Every Day Smoothie

I don't know about you guys but when I find something I love to eat I end up eating it every day until I'm tired of it. This smoothie and I have been going strong for months now and I am still not tired of it. 






The key to this perfect smoothie I have found is the protein powder and the type of milk you use. I have been cutting back on dairy and found a great alternative. I started using Ripple pea milk 6 months ago or so and it is a smoothie game changer. Add their delicious protein powder to the mix and BAM you have a smoothie that has the consistency and smoothness of a milkshake. 







I start with a banana, add in a frozen fruit mix, (lately I have really been enjoying the Mango, Strawberry, blueberries mix by Wyman's) add a scoop of protein powder and enough ripple unsweetened vanilla or original to make it blend properly and there you have it. The perfect breakfast milkshake!
