Sausage and Peppers
Sausage and Peppers
feeds 2 comfortably
1 large pepper sliced thin
1/2 onion sliced thin
1 package Aidells apple and chicken sausage (you could use a veggie sausage as well if you desire)
salt to taste
pepper to taste
mashed potatoes
potatoes (4 medium sized for 2 people)
milk
butter
salt
add veggies to a pan with some olive oil. Sautés until onions are translucent and peppers are softened.
remove veggies from pan and set to the side.
chop up the sausage and add to pan with oil
sauté until browned a bit.
Cook your potatoes and mix in the milk and butter. beat them until they are your desired consistency. I don't have specific measurements for the milk or butter. I just add a little at a time and beat the potatoes.
serve!
