Yogurt Bark


Last week I wanted to eat everything in sight. Anybody else have those weeks? Well maybe it's just me. I was in search of something I could snack on that was relatively healthy and had some protein in it. I came across this recipe and it did the trick. 


Do it

Yogurt -whatever kind you desire. I went with Chobani less sugar  large tub. 
Mix in cut up strawberries, granola of your choosing and some mini semi sweet chocolate chips. 

Lay it out on wax paper on a cookie sheet and place it in the freezer for a couple of hours. I left mine overnight in the freezer and it got too hard to cut. whoops. I placed the whole yogurt bark in a freezer ziplock back and threw it down on the counter a few times to break it up. (great way to release some stress if you ask me)


This is bound to be the easiest and most delicious thing you have snacked on all week.
